5. Well, first of all I LOVE mi trabajo.

6. Mi amigos; those were the cast of characters in a recent dream and it was loco.

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to dinner, tomorrow my plans include going to Barnes and Noble and Sunday, I want to spend time with mis amigos!

The Fall of the Cuidad

I have been thinking. Las Vegas is not the same Las Vegas that mis amigos y yo came to love. It is not the same place that we would take a weekend viaje to or where Lola would go to perform some lavious show. There is significantly less gente, y the spark is gone. I come to work here often, I do a lot of paintings and murals for some of the rico. Pero, the vecinades are thinning, there is less work, and that it factor is falta. All we can do is wish for the old Las Vegas to make its vuelta.

Mi Novio

It's official. After 10 years, I have un novio. The last time I could say that, I was in high school. I have dated off and on since. Pero, I never found anyone that I could really say I connected with. Mi hombrecito y yo have been dating since April. We became an exclusive couple last night.

He just makes me happy. Puts a sonrisa on my face. Life just seems better when we are together. For the primera vez, someone understands me. And loves me for me. Mi hermano tells me that he has never seen me happier than this. He is right.

I thought all the traveling I do, would hurt our relationship. Pero, it hasn't. Instead, mi hombrecito embraces mi trabajo. He is supportive. And he surprised me not long ago. He just showed up dos semanas ago. Con rosas rojas. 2 dozens! There is something especial about him. Something that I can't put into palabras.

Senor Chile

I have been hard at work. Y Senor Chile has been giving me a hard time. El es mi jefe. To make cosas mas complicated, he is also a friend. I don't take it to heart. Por que Lola explained a long time ago how he works. He wants everything. RIght now and perfecto. Pero, I am not sure how much longer I can take it. Despues, Daddy Warbucks, Lola's jefe, y nuestro amigo, came to my rescue. Si, pero, I am not sure if going out to dinner with everyone was the real answer. The decorative painting is about 1/2 of the way complete. Pero, I will be back for dos semanas in June. No worry.

4. My new painting is inside of four and twenty hours.

6. To be interested in the changing seasons is a gift from God.

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to sleeping, tomorrow my plans include going on a hike and Sunday, I want to go to church and eat all day!

Un Gran Problema

Hay que USPS. We are just having the worst time with them. Lola has been trying to get to the bottom of our missing packages and mail. Those cajitas that we keep sending and never get to where they are going. Pues, Lola cracked the case last week. She found someone on Etsy selling her cerdito that she had made for Miss Sarita.

Lola knew there was un problema por que Sarita was not getting her packages from Nana. Despues, Lola went on Etsy una noche to look for a crochet pattern for pigs. Miss Sarita's favorite animal. Lola found her pig for sale. SI!!!!!

After talking with the man in charge at the post office, they had all the proof they needed. La policia was contacted and now Lola has a meeting on Thursday at the post office. Ella also has to claim a ton and a half of packages por que these people were opening the cajitas and taking what they wanted from them. Then they would sale the items on Ebay or Etsy.

Ahora, Lola is on damage control. She has to contact all these people and explain the situation. I feel bad. Pero, I am in Las Vegas working until the 20th. Pues, Lola made a list of things that have been sold, and she is going to remake them. Dos cositas, are for swaps for me. Si, pues I feel bad. Pero, she told me not to worry.

I will have to buy her something extraordinary. I will keep mi ojitos looking for the perfect Gracias gift. I just hope our partners are understanding.
